change is good, right? the marine corps mantra to "improvise, adapt and overcome" has become more of an utter actuality in our lives lately. i admit that i have not been processing life at full-throttle lately, but one pup in particular constantly reminds me to have faith and keep plugging along. i am a firm believer that canines are endowed with telepathic perception; shirley is a prime example, always extending a clumsy yet comforting paw out for me to lean on. that's my girl!
